Andy holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from Queen’s University and an MSc in Communication Engineering from Imperial College.

Norbert Marx spent his entire professional life in different fields of aviation in the US, Europe and Asia, incl.>17 years in China. He has held CEO / GM positions at Lufthansa Technik Tulsa, Jet Aviation Basel + GAMECO, a JV of China Southern Airlines and CK Hutchison Whampoa, providing base-, line- and component MRO. Since August 2024, he is CEO of China Aircraft Services Limited (CASL), headquartered at HKIA. CASL specializes in base- and line maintenance, ground services and cabin cleaning. Marx received the “Lifetime Achievement Award” issued by AWN during MRO Asia-Pacific in September 2023.

Thomas Romig joined Brussels Airport Company as Chief Operations Officer in June 2024, overseeing all airport operations. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President at Airports Council International (ACI) in Montreal, managing advocacy related to safety, security, and operations. Before ACI, he held senior leadership roles at Geneva Airport, focusing on safety and operations, including developing the Airport Operations Center. Romig is actively engaged in ICAO and EASA regulatory activities, representing the airport community through ACI.

She joined Amadeus in 2014, leading the Airport & Airline Operations business unit for Asia-Pacific. She’s responsible for scaling up market share and overseeing solution delivery. Sarah serves on the ACI Asia-Pacific Regional Board and advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She sponsors the Amadeus Women’s Network in Asia and is a Director on the Women in Aviation, Singapore Chapter Board. She holds a BA in Economics & Finance and an AMAP Diploma.

David has over 20 years’ experience in the aviation industry and has played a crucial part in developing the ASM business. He joined ASM in 1998 and later transferred to Routes, ASM’s sister company. Following UBM’s purchase of ASM and Routes in 2010, David led the integration of the two companies into the new organization. He decided to return to ASM in 2013 to help shape ASM’s future direction. David previously worked for BAE Systems, Manchester Airport and London City Airport.

Mark Watts has been the CEO of Cathay Cargo Terminal since October 2021, looking after the day-to-day business and long-term strategy for the Cargo Terminal’s ground services. Cathay Cargo Terminal is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways. As well as operating the most advanced air cargo terminal in Hong Kong, mark is also responsible for Cathay Cargo Terminal’s intermodal sea-air cargo handling facility in Dongguan China. Mark joined the Cathay Group in 2006 and has taken up a number of senior management roles for the group in Sales and Distribution, Procurement and Inflight Operations at Cathay Pacific.
