Submit your proposal to speak at Super Terminal Expo 2024! 

Super Terminal Expo is excited to invite industry professionals to submit proposals for speaking opportunities at our upcoming event which brings together the leading stakeholders and individuals from the Terminal planning, development and operating industry, with over 300 airports, and C-level speakers from across Asia Pacific. This is your chance to contribute to the vibrant exchange of ideas and insights that make our conference a premier gathering for terminal operations and aviation communities. 

Our current speakers include Airport Group CEOs, Airline CEOs, Senior Government representatives, Experts in Design & Construction, AAM, IT & Security Systems and more. 

The planned dates are as follow:  

• Proposal submission deadline: Mid March 2024 
• Notification of acceptance: May – June 2024 
• Submission of presentation/ full paper: Sept 2024 
• Conference dates: 5 – 7 November 2024 

We are seeking speakers and panellists. Themes will include (but not be limited to): –

We would now like to invite proposed speakers to express their interest in being a part of the agenda, by providing the following: 

• Speaker Bio including areas of expertise and experience. 
• Current and previous roles / organisations represented. 
• Information on specific topics, case studies and developments to discuss. 

• Preference of solo or panel slot. 
• Information can be submitted in either English or Chinese. 

Authors are encouraged to submit any latest research, case studies, and technological advancements aligned with the conference themes and topics of interest, in a presentation format of:
