Mr Chan is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a former President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Before joining the Government, Mr Chan held a number of public service positions including member of the Legislative Council and Chairman of Legal Aid Services Council.

Mr Chan served as Secretary for Development from July 2012 to January 2017. He has been Financial Secretary since 2017.

An alumnus of Stanford's Executive Programm, she joined Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) in 1992, having worked in high-tech companies in New York and Silicon Valley. She serves on various boards and committees, including the Town Planning Board.

Maurits Schaafsma is an urban planner specializing in airport city, airport corridor, and aerotropolis concepts in Europe and North America. He also has experience in railway station planning + development. Since March 2021, Maurits works at Haarlemmermeer Municipality, initially as a senior urban planner and now as a strategist. Previously, Maurits was an urban planner and later master planner at Schiphol Airport from 1991 to 2021. His career began at the Province of North Holland as a regional planner from 1984 to 1999.

Karen is on the Board of the International Aviation Club of Washington D.C., was President in 2018-2019, and has won multiple Aerospace Media Awards. She chaired the 2022-2024 IATA Diversity & Inclusion Awards judging panels and serves on the L. Welch Pogue Award Committee. She earned her journalism degree in the UK.

Currently the global lead for cross CAS – Solution Architecture, Sajin holds a B.Tech in Computer Science, an Executive MBA, and an IATA-Harvard diploma. He is pursuing further tech leadership studies at MIT.

Sarah serves on the ACI Asia-Pacific Regional Board and advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is the Vice Chairman of the General Aviation Committee of the China Communication and Transportation Association, a Member of the International Cooperation Committee of the Chinese Society of Aeronautics & Astronautics, and an AAM Advisory Group Member of the International Coordinating Council of Aerospace Industries Associations (ICCAIA). He also serves as the secretary to the ACI Asia-Pacific Regional Aviation Security Committee, in which he is responsible in guiding the regional airport security experts in devising strategies to identify and address common security concerns.Over the years, Gary has also worked closely with various regional security policy makers and associations in the region, and he was the vice-chair of the ICAO Middle East Regional Aviation Security and Facilitation Implementation Team (RAFIT).Prior to ACI, Gary had worked in different areas in the aviation industry where he gained a broad experience working with customers and a deep knowledge of the industry in Asia-Pacific.

Ranjiv joined SATS Ltd in 1994 and began his career in SATS Cargo. He was awarded the ASEAN Engineering Achievement Award in 2003 for designing intelligent systems for SATS airfreight terminal 6. Ranjiv later moved to Food Solutions and worked on SATS' first greenfield cargo terminal in India. He returned to Singapore in 2010 and took on business development roles. He then moved to TajSATS, where he served as Chief Operating Officer until 2015. Ranjiv then took over the narrow body aircraft handling business and grew the onboard retail business. He returned to Singapore in 2020 to head SATS Apron Services, where he helmed operations during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Ranjiv is now the Global Head, Special Projects, focusing on airport hub operations in Singapore.

In 1983, ENGR. EDUARDO JOSE L. ALIÑO became Director for Vessel Operations in Bulk Indenting Services Corporation, focusing on unloading bulk fertilizer cargo. He later established Mega Equipment Int'l Corp., specializing in integrated cargo handling services and ship's brokerage. In 2000, Mega Subic Terminal Services, Inc. was formed, becoming MEIC's operating arm in the Port of Subic. Together with other investors, MEIC established Subic Bay Freeport Grain Terminal Services, Inc., a bulk grain handling terminal facility. Before becoming Chairman and Administrator of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, he had significant affiliations with the STAR Services Group of Companies and the Subic Bay Yacht Club.

Dr. Benson Tang has 30 years of remarkable career in the corporate travel industry. He is currently Director – Tourism and Corporate Travel of Informa Markets Asia. He is also the founder of Corporate Travel Community which is a member based community for travel managers around the world. For over a decade he oversaw Goldman Sachs’ Asian travel program as Executive Director, before being appointed as Regional Director, Asia for the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) between 2012 to 2019. Earlier on, upon graduation, he was one of the first cohort to initiate the setup of the commercial sales department in Cathay Pacific.Academically, Dr. Tang received the Doctor of Hotel and Tourism Management in 2018 from his alma mater which is twenty-four years after he graduated with 1st Class Honours in B.A. (Hons) Tourism Management. And in between, he obtained his Master of Social Science in Tourism Policy Management in The University of Birmingham United Kingdom. Moreover, Dr. Tang was accoladed “The Outstanding PolyU SHTM Alumni Award 2021”.
